I am a certified holistic health coach and fitness trainer. I work with women, adolescents and families to transform their wellness goals into lasting action. (Being a Mama of 3 adolescents this is an age I love to work with!) My aim is to take into account each person’s body, mind and spirit, and hold her accountable to her goals. I hope to make healthy living less intimidating, more realistic and attainable to all.

It took me until I was heading towards 40 and a mother of four boys to understand that self care is not synonymous with selfishness. I figured out that in order to show up 100% for those you love, you first need to learn to treat yourself well.  I’m still learning! I am inspired to help other women figure out how to take better care of themselves without guilt or excuses and live their lives aligned with their values.

There’s a lot of trendy, conflicting information out there about food. Bottom line: Healthy eating should make you feel happy and strong, not stressed and bored. Cooking nutritious meals for your family and shifting to a healthier lifestyle should be easy and manageable, and doesn’t prevent you from indulging in what you love.

I am inspired to get women moving and sweating so they can FEEL better! (not just look better.) Exercise reduces stress, increases serotonin, and lowers your chance of basically every single chronic disease. Along with some tools to incorporate mindfulness, meditation and active restoration into your life, the end result of is less stress, more energy, healthier hearts and souls, and more space for joy :)

Perfection does not exist so don’t let the idea of perfection get in the way of being better!
