A Little About Me
I live a busy life with my husband and 4 boys on the Lower East Side of Manhattan and was born on the Upper West Side of Manhattan where my parents still live. I owned a flower design business for 15 years until I developed my passions for exercise, cooking and nutrition into a second career, by becoming a certified holistic Heath Coach, fitness instructor and personal trainer. I focus on inspiring other busy women, mothers and families to regain their health in a real, down-to-earth, attainable way. I try to make healthy living a reachable goal that everyone can sustain and feel good about.
While my fist love is spending time with my family, I also love to box, swim, garden, run, cook, dance, write and draw. I practice meditation and kundalini yoga and am inspired by women such as Brene Brown and Tara Brach. I have practiced yoga for 20 years, and will finish training and be a certified yoga teacher by July 2019 (something I’ve wanted to do for years!)
I am so excited to keep learning! I am currently enrolled in a course on women’s hormone health, have completed courses in Chinese Herbs and I’m a practitioner of EFT (acupressure tapping to relieve anxiety). I learn from every woman I work with and plan to continue doing so as long as I can.
I believe if we all support each other more we can each be powerful and healing.
