No-Mayo Potato Salad
NO-MAYO POTATO SALAD RECIPE:
You’ll Need:
About 1 bag of small, round red potatoes
1 head of dill
1 red onion
dijon mustard
olive oil
red wine vinegar
Instructions:
Boil the potatoes until they are soft
Add the potatoes to a bowl with the diced dill and diced red onion
Make your dressing:
3 Tablespoons olive oil
1 Tablespoon dijon mustard
2 Tablespoons of red wine vinegar
whisk the dressing together and then pour it over the potatoes, dill and red onion.
This can be made up to hours before, or eaten right away.
