BBQ RUBBED RIBS

ribs-908791_1920.jpg

You’ll need:

As many racks of Spare Ribs (or baby back) as you’re cooking for your people

Pullmand spice

salt

pepper

paprika

Cayenne

BBQ sauce (or just some ketchup and brown sugar)

Aluminum Foil

A BBQ :)

Instructions:

Pre-heat Oven to 300 degrees

To make your rub:

Pour equal parts Pullman Spice, Salt, Pepper, and Paprika and as much Cayenne as you like for heat, into a container and shake it up.

Tear large pieces of aluminum foil (large enough to wrap the ribs on all sides so no liquid will come out and they are totally covered.) each rack should be wrapped in its own foil.

Rub the Spice mixture on both sides of the rib racks and cover them with the foil.

Place them in the oven at 300 degrees for 1.5 hours if you’re cooking baby back, and 2 hours if you’re cooking spare ribs.

Then take them out of the oven and pour the juice in the aluminum foil into a glass container or a pot. Add this juice to a good BBQ sauce you love (or just add it to ketchup and brown sugar) so you get a delicious BBQ sauce using the meat’s own juices.

Take the ribs out of the aluminum and put them on a hot BBQ, and slather them with the bBQ sauce/juice mixture.

Cook the ribs for around 10-15 minutes to get crisp and brown.

ENJOY!
