SUMMER BEAN & CORN SALSA RECIPE
SUMMER SALSA RECIPE, packed with fiber, veggies and a punch !
Add to a large bowl:
3-4 ears non GMO corn, scraped off the cob (or a can of non GMO corn will do just fine!)
1 can of black beans
1 green pepper, diced
1 jalapeno, diced (if you like it spicy)
1 box or a large handful of cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1 head of cilantro, diced
2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
Salt and Pepper
Mix together and let sit for as long as 12 hours or as little as half an hour and enjoy with tortilla chips, or with a meat or fish!
